OUR SERVICE NETWORK
One of the most important factors in today's fast moving business environment is that of service.
Good service minimises expensive downtime - a most important consideration for any company, particularly those operating vehicles.
In order to enhance our present service commitment to customers, the BHW Group has established a network of companies that will undertake maintenance and warranty work on their behalf around the UK.
Many of the products supplied by BHW are covered by LOLER regulations (Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations). This means that all owners/operators of commercially used vehicles that have lifting and moving equipment are responsible for conducting a recorded inspection, maintenance and load-testing schedule. Some of the businesses included in this legislation are recovery equipment operators, Plant movers and the utilities.
Bushey Hall and WinchMaster, together with our approved Service Agents, can provide the necessary facilities for these regular checks to be undertaken to the standard required by the legislation - whether for one vehicle, or a fleet.
